• We are located just 4 miles east of I-57 and 40 miles south of Chicago
• New barn is equipped with heated stall area (stalls 10 x 12)
• 80 x 200 indoor arena
• 2 outdoor riding arenas with all weather footing, turnouts and fenced pastures
• With over 50 combined years of experience in training and showing horses at all levels, KKT Performance Horses has helped horses and riders develop their greatest potential.
• All breeds and disciplines are welcome. Coaching is also available for 4H and open show competitors

Thank you for visiting us at KKT Performance Horses. We are a family oriented full service horse facility in Peotone, Illinois, located just 4 miles east of I-57 and 40 miles south of downtown Chicago.

Our barn is heated and stalls are 10 x 12, has an 80 x 200 indoor arena, 2 outdoor riding arenas with all weather footing, turnouts and fenced pastures.

We offer a wide variety of services for the horse owner:

TRAINING

*** Training is provided by Kathy Fitzpatrick who is an AQHA Professional Horseman and has trained numerous champions - AQHA, open show and 4-H division.

*** Travis Tieman focuses on Natural Horsemanship which specializes in teaching the human as well as training the horse. He spent a year working with Chris Cox and specializes in ranch horse competitions.

LESSONS

***Riding lessons, from beginner (ages 8 and older) through advanced, both English and Western, as well as trail riding on our trained horses. Special focus is given to troubled horses and individuals who have fear issues with riding.

CLINICS

***Clinics - open one day clinics, covering a wide variety of classes including: Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Horsemanship, Equitation, Showmanship, Trail, etc.

ROPING

***KKT has cattle on the premises available for team sorting, penning, roping and working cowhorse practice and training.





*** Other activities range from participating in open horse shows at various locations off the farm, levels ranging from 4-H up to the AQHA Congress, AQHA World, and Palomino World. You can find KKT Performance Horses on Facebook and follow their activities there.

All of this and more in a relaxed family atmosphere.

KKT Performance Horses was established in 2009. Both Kathy and Travis, owners of the barn, have over 50 years combined experience raising, showing, and caring for horses. They are known and respected for their integrity and knowledge of horses by everyone in the professional equine industry. References would happily be provided upon request.
